Return Period

Return and Shipping Policy
Returns are accepted for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, include all original tags and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped will be replaced or refunded. Return shipping costs for these items will be covered by HOOP & BREW.
For returns requested due to customer preference (such as a change of mind or incorrect size), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Food, beverages, coffee products, personalized items, gift cards, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or due to defects.
